Women in Chemistry at the University of Alberta is a new initiative which aims to celebrate and showcase leading women in science, while addressing the lack of diversity and the challenges female researchers face in and outside of academia. Through a series of meet and greets and professional development workshops, we hope to create a platform for fruitful discussions and positive role models.
